Flagyl Farabi is an antibiotic and intestinal antiseptic for the treatment and prevention of Trichomonas, anaerobic bacteria (Clostridium), and intestinal diarrhea. It is best combined with other antibiotics for synergistic effect. It is also used to treat blue sweat caused by air currents.
It can also be combined with anticoccidial agents, increasing their therapeutic efficacy.
Ingredients (per 1 ml):
Metronidazole 100 mg.
Excipients up to 1 ml.
Target Animals:
Birds, cats, and dogs of all species.
Dose and Directions:
- Birds: 7 drops in a 50 ml water drinker or one drop directly into the mouth three times daily for 4-5 days.
- Cats and dogs: 1 ml per 4-5 kg body weight twice daily for 4-5 days.
Precautions:
Do not administer in case of hypersensitivity to metronidazole.
