Delivery within Riyadh during seasonal events or offers may take more than 5 working days from the date of order registration. Shipping and delivery costs vary according to the prices of shipping companies and services and according to the total weight of the order if it is more than 15 kg. The prices will be shown to you before completing the order.

• Remaining cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Shipping to any location in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia takes two to seven working days. Shipping and delivery costs vary for all cities in the Kingdom according to the prices of shipping companies and according to the total weight of the order if it is more than 15 kg. The prices will be shown to you before completing the order.

Work days:

All days of the week are business days for shipping and delivery, except Friday.

Exceptions:

If a customer does not receive their ordered shipment after it has been shipped, the shipment will be reclaimed from the shipping company. The order value will also be returned to the same account from which the order value was paid, after deducting the shipping cost and any other amounts the store may incur as a result of the shipment reclaim, such as shipment return fees, electronic payment fees, or installment company fees.
