Exchange and Return Policy


Exchange Policy:

1- The consumer has the right to exchange the product provided to them by the store within seven days of the date of receipt of the product. They are not entitled to exchange the product after seven days have passed.

2- To exchange a product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer has not used or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer is responsible for paying the shipping cost, the price difference, and any additional costs if they wish to exchange a product that is not defective. The shipping method shall be the same as the method and way the product was shipped from the store to the customer.


The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was built to the consumer's request or according to specifications they specified or selected. This excludes defective products or products that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the original packaging of the product has been removed or its original appearance has been altered.

3- If a defect in the product appears due to the consumer's improper possession.


 Return Policy:

1. The consumer has the right to return the product provided to them from the store within seven days of receiving the product. They are not entitled to return the product after seven days have passed.

2. To return a product, the product must be in good condition, the consumer has not used or benefited from it, and it must be in the same packaging as it was sent. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its integrity.

3. The consumer bears the costs incurred by the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full shipping and delivery costs of the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

4. If the consumer receives a defective product, a return policy is issued, and the store bears the return costs. The customer will be compensated with a replacement product or the value of the product, as the store deems appropriate.


The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

1. If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications specified by the consumer. This excludes defective products or products that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.

 2- If the original packaging of the product has been removed or its original appearance has been altered.

3- If a defect appears in the product due to improper handling by the consumer.
